Infrastructure Project Manager

1-Year Contract (Renewable)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure projects within a global organization. You will work closely with internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure infrastructure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project management experience across infrastructure technologies, cloud environments, workplace services, and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and project closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, cloud, network, security, workplace, and application teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communications.
• Work with vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.
• Ensure project governance, documentation, reporting, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Support infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, technology refresh, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change management, testing, deployment, and transition into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, cloud, storage, virtualization, Microsoft technologies, and end-user computing.
• Experience delivering projects involving cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, or enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
