Full Time Finance Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,300 in PURE K PRIVATE LIMITED - Maukerja

A Finance Executive role focused on managing daily financial operations, including sales ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, accounts payable functions, and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Review daily sales receipts and maintain accurate sales ledgers

• Perform daily bank reconciliation, including cash, credit card, and PayNow transactions

• Handle accounts payable functions to support day-to-day operations and reporting requirements

• Prepare payment listings and process payments via GIRO and Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

• Manage petty cash and process staff expense claim reimbursements

• Prepare financial schedules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and other schedules as required

• Assist with other accounting-related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, POS systems, and cash management would be an advantage

• Positive and cheerful personality with a strong sense of teamwork

Working Day: 5 days (Monday to Friday )
