This is a full-time Solar PV Maintenance Technical Officer role based in Singapore for a leading facilities management company. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the solar / building facilities and infrastructure in the University.

Job Descriptions:

• The role of this officer is to support the reliable operations, maintenance and performance of solar PV systems. To inspect , supervise and resolve solar pv related facilities maintenance issues promptly. To guide the team of technicians for smooth work operations for a prestige local Educational Institution.

• Performing routine maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting faults and carrying out necessary repairs. Additionally to oversee sub-contractors (when engaged) to ensure safety and quality standards are adhere to.

• Attend to defect and fault repair request promptly and carry out the relevant works. Perform routine checks and diagnose failures on existing systems. Ensure maintenance or repair works are carried out timely and effectively.

• To conduct regular inspections of the energy efficiency and consumption of the related building premise area, electrical systems or relevant equipment. Support and respond to metering readings related requests , when required.

• To attend and respond to users’ requests and feedback on any fault issues and following up with resolution with the team. To maintain proper maintenance checklists and documentation.

• Ensure all works are adherence to safety, quality & safety requirements.

• Ensure compliance with solar O&M standards.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality management standards during all site activities.

• Prepare maintenance reports, safety documents and any other documentations for internal FM team and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma in Electrical Engineering , Building Services, Solar PV or technical related studies.

• Minimum 3 years of Singapore relevant working experience in the Facilities Maintenance industry.

• Good technical knowledge in Solar PV systems , building maintenance, Electrical systems

• Good team player and effective communication skills.

• Proficient Microsoft Office Application.
