Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth strategies and expand our healthcare services. As the Business Development Manager , you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, strengthening strategicr elationships, and leading initiatives that support our clinics and programmes’ expansion.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and business expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, healthcare stakeholders,and referral networks.
• Lead,coach, and inspire the Business Development team to achieve performance goals.
• Drive patient acquisition initiatives and strengthen referral channels.
• Collaborate with senior management, marketing, and clinic operations teams to successfully implement growth initiatives.
• Analyse business performance and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Ensure all initiatives align with our brand values and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial leadership roles.
• Strong track record in driving revenue growth and developing successful partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to translate opportunities into results.
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-related industries will be an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
