Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, oversee procurement, and manage cost control to minimize wastage.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Manage restaurant budgets, monitor sales performance, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Analyse business performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure uninterrupted restaurant operations.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal menus, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
• Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
