We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant to support the Marketingdepartment of our company in its primary and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Undertakedaily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of thedepartment’s activities

• Supportmarketing executives in organizing various projects

• Conductmarket research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

• Employmarketing analytics techniques to gather important data

• Updatespreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial andnon-financial information

• Assist inthe organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns andattend them to facilitate their success

• Prepareand deliver promotional presentations

• Composeand post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

• Writemarketing literature to augment the company’s presence in the market

• Communicatedirectly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant

• Good understanding of office management andmarketing principles

• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere todeadlines

• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

• Good knowledge of market research techniques anddatabases

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
