Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the project site.

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

Review and interpret civil/structural drawings and provide technical guidance to the site team.

Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.

Prepare and maintain site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, progress reports, and work schedules.

Coordinate site measurements, quantity calculations, and material requirements.

Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.

Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Construction Manager for timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements and company safety procedures.

Assist in preparing method statements, risk assessments, inspection and test plans (ITP), and other project documentation.

Coordinate testing, inspections, and rectification works with relevant parties.

Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress, technical issues, and outstanding works.

Liaise with authorities, consultants, and clients when required.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure works are completed within the required time, quality, and cost.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.
