Responsibilities
Knowledge and abilities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Design scalable, efficient, and secure solutions that align with business goals.
- Develop high-level architecture blueprints and detailed design documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure solutions are compliant with security, regulatory, and best practice standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve architectural challenges and issues.
- Conduct performance analysis and optimization of existing systems.
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
- Possesses bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Have at least 2 years of working experience in pre-sales, SA related positions in banking, government sector or telco industry.
- Experienced in ITSM.
- Candidates with experience as architects on large projects and delivery experience on complex projects are preferred.
- Possesses professional skill in Presentation, POC.
- Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Having experience in AIOps, business observability, cloud computing, big data, or data analysis is an advantage.
