Full Time General Manager (Administrative) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 10,000 in CHONGWU CONCEPT PTE. LTD. North Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's daily administrative operations.
• Oversee HR, office administration, procurement, and IT support.
• Ensure compliance with MOM, BCA, ACRA, IRAS, and other government requirements.
• Develop and improve company policies and work processes.
• Monitor office expenses and administrative budgets.
• Manage company licences, insurance, contracts, and important records.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and supervise the administrative team.
• Prepare reports for Management.
• Handle any other duties assigned by the Directors.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience, with 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the Singapore construction industry.
• Good knowledge of MOM, BCA, ACRA, and other local regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• 5.5 work/week
• Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM)
Saturday (9 AM to 1 PM)
