Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented temporary Accounting Assistant to support the finance team in day-to-day accounting operations. You will be responsible for handling AP functions, especially invoice processing and record keeping.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable functions, including invoice processing (large volume) and payment tracking
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
• Verify supporting documents and ensure compliance with company policies
• Liaise with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment matters
• Assist with month-end closing activities when necessary
• Provide administrative support to the finance team

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field(s)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting or finance experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office operations; Microsoft D365 knowledge will be an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
