We are a growing business consultancy firm in Singapore looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Business Operations & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day tasks, customer service, and business operations, while also taking on selected Business Development (BDM) and HR support functions. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and doesn't need constant follow-up to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

Admin & Business Operations (Core)

• Process and track cases end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Handle customer service enquiries via phone, email, and messaging channels
• Maintain up-to-date records of client cases, claims status, and correspondence
• Proactively update on task/claim status without needing to be chased
• Manage day-to-day office administration and documentation

Business Development Support (BDM)

• Follow up on leads and client appointment scheduling
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentation materials, and client onboarding documents
• Support marketing/outreach efforts (e.g. event coordination, campaign follow-ups)
• Maintain and update the CRM/client database

HR Support

• Assist with onboarding of new team members/associates
• Maintain basic HR records (leave, attendance, contracts) where applicable
• Support recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, collating candidate info)
• Help maintain corporate documentation

Requirements

• Prior experience in admin, operations, customer service, or claims processing
  (It is a plus-not mandatory)
• Strong follow-through — able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable multitasking across admin, BDM, and HR-related tasks
• Discretion in handling confidential client and staff information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus
