Tanggungjawab

HR cum Admin Executive (Clarke Quay Area)

Work Schedule: 5 day work week (Mon-Fri)
Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

HR
  • Manage full spectrum of HR functions
  • Support recruitment activities (pre-screening, onboarding & offboarding)
  • Handle employee relations, orientation, and development
  • Assist with compensation & benefits administration
  • Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
  • Support payroll matters (e.g. EZ-Pay, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A)
  • Handle work injury and government-paid leave claims
  • Maintain accurate employee records in EPE HR system and manage leave portal

Admin

  • Handling all correspondents with tenants, government authorities and MCST related to real estate properties.
    • Responsible for maintenance of office building, insurance claim and other admin duties.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent
  • Proficient experience in MOM, CPF & IRAS
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently
