Responsibilities

• Responsible for coordinate project delivery, establish PMO discipline, and serve as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of retail merchandising initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, action logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Merchandising, Store Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technology, and Finance.
• Manage external vendors, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, escalations, and performance.
• Support merchandising activities such as product launches, assortment changes, store resets, fixture installations, item setup, inventory initiatives, and systems enablement.
• Manage external vendors, including deliverables, timelines, dependencies, escalations, and performance.
• Maintain a strong onsite presence and build productive relationships across local teams.

Requirements

• Experience supporting retail, merchandising, consumer goods, store operations, or a related environment.
• Must have experience in the Retail and E-commerce domain.
• Strong understanding of project governance, status reporting, RAID management, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Confidence managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Hands on exp with the local business culture and ways of working.
• Experience with merchandising calendars, assortment planning, product lifecycle management, store rollouts, or retail systems.
• 4-5 years of PMO, project coordination, or delivery management experience.
