Job Summary

Manage project schedules, coordinate resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update project timelines to track milestones and ensure deliverables meet scheduled deadlines
• Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes and progress reports
• Facilitate clear communication between project managers, team members, clients, and vendors to support project objectives
• Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to optimize resource utilization
• Identify potential project risks and issues, escalate as needed, and assist in developing contingency plans
• Support compliance by ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple project activities concurrently
• Utilize project management tools proficiently to monitor project progress and resource allocation
• Communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms to diverse stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards relevant to the project context (e.g., construction, engineering, IT)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant project management experience or internship exposure for entry-level candidates
