Retail Operations & Sales Support Assistant

Monthly Salary: S$2,500
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (5 days per week)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour meal break
Work Location: Office, warehouse and Watsons stores across Singapore

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and retail operations

• Transfer stock between Watsons stores

• Deliver and transfer stock from the warehouse to Watsons stores

• Visit Watsons stores to inspect product displays, merchandising conditions and stock availability

• Check daily inventory levels and submit inventory reports

• Perform daily product packing, labelling and order preparation

• Assist with other retail operation tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Responsible, organised and able to work independently

• Comfortable travelling to different Watsons stores across Singapore

• Comfortable performing hands-on duties, including packing and moving stock

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Able to communicate in English

• Experience in retail operations, merchandising, inventory management or sales support is an advantage

• Must be available to work from Wednesday to Sunday

• Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly salary of S$2,500

• Actual transport expenses incurred for assigned work duties will be reimbursed upon submission of receipts or supporting records

• Stable five-day work schedule
