Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage payroll processing, statutory filings, and employee records to keep HR compliant and accurate.
• Maintain HRIS data and produce routine reports to improve administrative efficiency.

Talent & Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management to fill roles promptly.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure new hires settle in and exits are handled professionally.

Employee Relations & Culture

• Support managers and staff with employee relations, performance discussions, and clear HR policy guidance.
• Organise engagement activities and basic learning touchpoints that keep morale steady and communication open.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years working in HR or related administrative roles, preferably in operations or fast-paced companies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Human Resource Management.
• Human Resource Strategy.
• Familiarity with payroll processes, basic labour law, and common HRIS tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with empathy and the ability to handle confidential matters sensitively.
