Job Summary
The E-Commerce Assistant supports the daily operations of the company’s online sales channels. This role is responsible for maintaining product listings, processing online orders, coordinating fulfilment, and assisting with online promotions across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with online retail platforms.

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
Prior experience in e-commerce operations or online retail preferred
Familiarity with online marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and digital tools Good written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms
Basic knowledge of product photography or image editing
Understanding of digital marketing or online sales campaigns Interest in sports or sporting goods industry
Working Conditions
Office-based role with occasional coordination with warehouse operations
Standard working hours with occasional support during major online campaigns or sales events
