Working days: Mon to Sat
working hour: 8am to 6pm
Salary Range: $3500 to $5500

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily pest control operations and service activities.
- Conduct site inspections and assess pest issues to recommend appropriate treatment methods.
- Ensure pest control treatments are carried out safely and effectively in accordance with NEA requirements.
- Manage and guide pest control technicians to ensure proper work performance and service quality.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve pest control-related issues professionally.
- Prepare and review service reports, treatment records and other relevant documentation.
- Monitor team performance and continuously improve service quality and operational processes.
- Proven experience in pest control, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
- NEA Pest Control Technician Licence is required.
- Class 3 driving licence is required.
- Good knowledge of common pests, their behaviour and effective control methods.
- Familiar with the safe handling and application of pesticides.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Responsible, proactive and a good team player.
