Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate quality inspections and testing activities.
- Maintain QA/QC documents, reports, and records.
- Track inspection requests, approvals, and test results.
- Monitor defects, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions.
- Follow up with subcontractors on quality issues and rectification works.
- Assist in quality audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Prepare quality reports and provide updates to the project team.
- Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel on quality matters.
- Support document control and quality management processes.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, project coordination, or construction.
- Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Good organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
