Purpose of Role

To design, develop, and maintain enterprise mobile applications that support business operations, customer engagement, workflow automation, and integration with enterprise systems.

The role will be responsible for building mobile solutions using React Native and web application development using React.js, integrating with Laravel backend services using APIs for delivering end-to-end solutions.

Job Description :

Mobile Application Development

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Develop applications for Android, HarmonyOS and iOS platforms.

• Build reusable components and mobile application frameworks.

• Perform application testing, performance tuning, and deployment.

• Publish and maintain mobile applications on Google Play Store, Huawei App Gallery and Apple App Store.

• Perform troubleshooting, bug fixing, and application optimization.

Web Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using React.js.

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces for desktop and mobile browsers.

• Create reusable front-end components, pages, and dashboards.

• Work closely with business users to translate requirements into functional applications.

• Ensure web application performance, security, accessibility, and scalability.

• Support enhancement and maintenance of existing in-house web systems.

Backend & API Development

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Laravel.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.

• Develop business workflows, automation, and system integration services.

• Integrate applications with internal and external systems.

• Optimize database queries and application performance.

• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data protection practices.

Enterprise System Integration

• Integrate applications with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance, Workflow, and Document Management systems.

• Connect mobile and web applications with cloud services and third-party platforms.

• Implement SSO, identity management, and security controls.

• Build integrations with IoT platforms, AI services, and external APIs where required.

Mobile & Web Features Development

Develop mobile capabilities including :

• QR Code and Barcode Scanning

• Push Notifications

• Camera Integration

• GPS and Location Services

• File and Document Upload

• Offline Data Synchronization

• Digital Forms

• Workflow and Approval Processes

• Dashboards and Reporting

• User Authentication and Authorization

• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

• Real-Time Notifications

• AI-powered capabilities and chatbot integrations

Technical Collaboration

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, UI/UX designers, and vendors.

• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and technology selection.

• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.

• Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system architecture diagrams.

• Support production systems and resolve application incidents.
  

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5 years of working experience in Software Development.

• Strong hands-on experience in React Native mobile application development.

• Experience in React.js web application development / Laravel framework development / Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. / Building and Consuming RESTful APIs. / MySQL, MSSQL and other relational databases. / Experience with Git source control. / Understanding of application security and secure coding practices. / Experience in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store, Huawei App Gallery and Google Play Store / Firebase services / Progressive Web Applications (PWA) / Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms / Docker and CI/CD pipelines / Integrating AI services such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or Copilot technologies / Integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, HRMS, or CRM platforms / Agile/Scrum development environments.
