We are seeking skilled Tool Makers to design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and Molds used in our Metal Stamping manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong machining skills, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate tooling.

Key Responsibilities

·       Fabricate, assemble, repair and maintenance metal stamping tooling, dies, tools, and fixtures

·       Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements

·       Perform precision machining, grinding, milling, drilling and fitting work

·      Support production during die setup, changeover, and breakdown situations.

·       Work closely with production, engineering, quality and maintenance teams to resolve tooling issues

·       Maintain accurate records of tooling repairs, modifications and preventive maintenance

Qualifications

·       High school diploma or technical certificate

·       3+ years of experience as a Tool Maker (or equivalent experience) and in Metal Stamping Industry

·       Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling troubleshooting

·       Ability to hold tight tolerances and work with precision

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
