About the role

Join the dynamic team at AR TECH DESIGN STUDIO' as an Assistant Architect. In this full-time role based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, you will play a crucial part in the design and development of innovative architectural projects that shape the built environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct research, analyze site conditions, and contribute to the development of design solutions

  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents using CAD software

  • Collaborate with the project team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and building regulations

  • Provide support in project management tasks, such as scheduling, cost estimation, and procurement

What we're looking for

  • Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field ( town planning, interior design, landscape )

  • Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe software

  • Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and building codes

  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with a multidisciplinary team

  • Passion for sustainable design and a commitment to creating innovative architectural solutions
