We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive enterprise client acquisition for our mission-critical CX, CRM, and AI solutions. In this role, you will lead complex, solution-focused sales cycles and engage directly with C-level executives and senior decision-makers to deliver measurable operational improvements and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and target prospective enterprise accounts through market research, networking, industry events, and strategic outreach.

• Consultative & Solution Selling: Engage senior leadership to understand business pain points and position tailored AI, CRM, and Contact Center solutions.

• Presentations & Demos: Deliver high-impact product presentations, solution demonstrations, and pitches to executive stakeholders.

• Deal Execution & Contracting: Lead the sales process from initial engagement to proposal preparation, quotation, negotiation, and closing.

• Internal Collaboration: Partner with Pre-Sales and Project Delivery teams to ensure seamless solution design, handoff, and execution.

• Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline records, and account activity within the CRM system, providing regular performance updates to the Sales Director.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: 2–3 years of proven B2B enterprise sales or business development experience, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Industry Focus: Direct experience selling Contact Center, CRM, AI, or CX enterprise software solutions. Candidates with a background in Contact Center/CRM consulting transition into a client-facing sales role are highly encouraged to apply.
