Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, understanding their needs.

2. Provide customized human resources solutions, including recruitment and other HR-related services.

3. Conduct market research and provide industry trend analysis.

4. Manage and execute human resources projects, ensuring timely completion.

5. Collaborate closely with internal teams to jointly serve clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.

• Min 3-5 years of related working experiences, with background in engineering industries (such as chemicals, marine engineering, O&G, energy, etc.) will be a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure.
