Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Internship - IT Support di E-Tech IT Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for IT Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment.

Placement Locations:
• Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
• Kuala Lumpur
• Sepang, KLIA

Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 6.30 PM

• Assist with first-level IT support via phone, email, and onsite.

• Assist in troubleshooting computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Support installation and configuration of hardware, software, and applications.

• Assist with user account and access management.

• Support Windows 10/11, macOS, MS Office, Microsoft Teams, and other common applications.

• Assist in troubleshooting basic network and internet connectivity issues.

• Record and track IT issues using helpdesk/ticketing systems.

• Assist with IT asset inventory and device management.

• Support preventive maintenance, system updates, and IT equipment deployment.

• Assist the IT team with system upgrades, new installations, and other IT projects.

• Perform other IT-related duties and tasks as assigned.

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
