Strateq Group of Companies is a leading IT solutions provider, committed to delivering innovative services. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Chargeman to join our Data Centre team and ensure the seamless operation of our electrical and data centre facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Chargeman Team: Lead and manage the chargeman team, facilitating daily operations.
• Ensure Operational Efficiency: Ensure that electrical and data centre facilities are functioning properly and efficiently.
• Maintenance and Updates: Regularly update and maintain electrical and data centre infrastructure.
• Inspections and Testing: Conduct scheduled inspections and testing of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Supervise Contractors: Supervise external contractors' work and monitor their performance to ensure quality standards.
• In-House Electrical Work: Perform in-house electrical tasks, including maintenance, inspection, and testing as directed by management.

Requirements:

• Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Possess Chargeman Certificate Level B0.
• Has minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chargeman.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
