Job Descriptions: 

• Managing and overseeing the day-to-day car park operations.

• Supporting daily operations activities.

• Sustain and ensure car park’s and staff image.

• Monitor and conduct manpower planning and allocation for the relevant car park.

• Effectively coach staff on their performance on a regular basis.

• On-the job training on people management & customer service skills.

• Ensure service delivered to customers meets expectations.

• Building good rapport with Landlord/Building Manager/Customer.

• To conduct market research and to explore business opportunities.

• Prepare monthly report and weekly report.

• Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the management. 

Job Requirements: 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.

• Be able to communicate well in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (Written & Speaking).

• Computer literal especially in Microsoft Office.

• Preferably candidate with 2 years supervisory experience (e.g. handling a team of at least 5 staff / F&B or retail outlet).

• Applicants must possess own transportation and having valid driving license (B2/D).

• Require travelling heavily within the assign region/locations.

• Able to work under pressure and multitasking.

• Self-motivated and good attitude.

• Availability to join immediately.
