Kerja Sepenuh Masa Civil - Structural (C-S) Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,999 di Nine Hundred Builders Selangor - Maukerja

Supervise civil and structural construction activities to ensure quality, safety, productivity and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision

Supervise daily civil and structural construction activities.

Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, suppliers and workers.

Monitor work progress against project schedule.

Ensure proper site housekeeping at all times.

Construction Quality Control

Inspect workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.

Identify construction defects and coordinate rectification works.

Ensure all inspection requests (IR) and quality inspections are completed.

Monitor material quality before installation.

Assist in implementing the company's Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015).

Safety Compliance

Ensure compliance with OSHA 1994, Occupational Safety and Health Act 2022, CIDB requirements and site safety regulations.

Ensure workers wear appropriate PPE.

Report unsafe acts and unsafe conditions immediately.

Participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

Project Coordination

Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Coordinate with Mechanical & Electrical teams to avoid construction conflicts.

Attend site coordination meetings.

Monitor delivery of materials and equipment.

Documentation

Maintain daily site diary and progress reports.

Record manpower, machinery and material usage.

Assist Project Engineer in preparing progress claims.

Keep updated site records, drawings and inspection reports.

Resource Management

Supervise site workers and subcontractors.

Monitor labour productivity.

Coordinate machinery and equipment utilisation.

Minimise material wastage.

Problem Solving

Identify site issues and recommend practical solutions.

Escalate major technical or contractual issues to the Project Manager.

Assist in resolving site coordination problems.

Other Duties

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Willing to work overtime and travel to outstation project sites when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,999.00 per month
