Position: Customer Service Executive
Work Location: Gelang Patah, Johor
Salary: RM2,800 – RM3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and operations teams.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and shipment status.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare and maintain customer and shipment-related documents.
• Update orders and customer information in the system.
• Monitor pending, delayed, damaged or short-delivered shipments.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• Customer service or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, organised and customer-focused.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
