Job description:

· Oversee installation and setup of wrapping machines at production sites or customer locations.

· Conduct machine testing, calibration and commissioning.

· Ensure machines operate according to required specifications and safety standards.

· Provide technical support for troubleshooting mechanical issues on wrapping machines.

· Analyze machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce machine downtime.

· Identify opportunities to improve machine performance, productivity and cost efficiency.

· Prepare technical documentation, including machine manuals, maintenance procedures and reports.

· Maintain records of machine modifications, repairs and performance.

· Assist in preparing technical proposals and reports for management.

· Work with production, electrical engineers and quality teams to ensure smooth operation of wrapping machines.

· Coordinate with supplier and vendors for machine parts and upgrades.

· Support project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

· Able to work with teams across different time zones when required.

· Proficient in both English and Mndarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.

· Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
