About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and hands-on Digital Marketing & Content

Executive to manage our cinema social media platforms and an established YouTube

channel with 500K+ subscribers.

If you enjoy movies, social media, creating Reels/TikToks and turning ideas into engaging

content, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
• Create content for movie releases, cinema promotions, events and new cinema
• openings.
• Shoot and edit Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
• Create posters, thumbnails, Stories and social media creatives.
• Manage and grow our 500K+ subscriber YouTube channel.
• Upload and schedule YouTube content, including titles, thumbnails and descriptions.
• Monitor social media and YouTube performance.
• Keep up with trending content, movies, memes and social media trends.
• Develop fresh and creative ideas to increase engagement and reach.
• Coordinate with cinema teams for promotions and content.
• Visit cinema locations for content shoots, launches and events when required.

What We're Looking For

• Well-versed in CapCut and Canva.
• Strong video editing and content creation skills.
• Able to independently create Reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
• Comfortable shooting content using a smartphone or camera.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Understands social media trends, algorithms and audience engagement.
• Creative, proactive and able to come up with content ideas independently.
• Able to work in a fast-moving environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in movies, cinema, entertainment and pop culture.

Added Advantage

• Experience managing a YouTube channel.
• Knowledge of YouTube Studio, analytics and monetisation.
• Adobe Photoshop / Premiere Pro skills.
• Photography or videography experience.
• Previous experience in cinema, entertainment, media or OTT.
• Experience working with influencers/KOLs.
