JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a driven Hub Lead to take charge of our Taman Daya hub, hired as a replacement for an existing headcount. You'll be responsible for offline sell out in the Johor Bahru area, covering both B2C and B2B segments, while leading and motivating the hub sales team to hit sales targets, deliver excellent customer experiences, and run retail operations to Trapo's excellence standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own offline sell out performance for the Johor Bahru area, across both B2C and B2B segments
• Motivate and lead the hub sales team to achieve company goals - sales targets, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Ensure the sales team consistently follows Trapo's selling and service methods
• Train, coach, and develop the sales team to improve product knowledge, customer service skills, and productivity
• Ensure hub operations are 100% compliant with retail compliance standards
• Lead the hub team to execute retail store operations at retail excellence level, covering visual merchandising, stock operations, POS system operations, hub cleanliness, and lounge experience
• Manage relationships with B2B customers to achieve sell-out targets

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in stock/inventory management and POS systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• B2B sales experience is an added advantage
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends/public holidays as needed

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
