Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and perform data entry for account opening
• Process account opening, servicing, pre-sales and post-sales transactions
• Conduct non-sales servicing callbacks
• Assist with sales reporting and tracking
• Check and update account and card status
• Support general office administration, including stationery ordering and document archiving
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
