We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Project Support Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers/engineers to coordinate project activities, monitor timelines, and manage project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in creating, updating, and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and action logs.
• Assist in drafting and preparing progress reports, and client updates.
• Assist with site-access arrangements, permit applications, and safety clearance documentation for project personnel.
• Collect, verify, and input raw data into central databases or spreadsheets.
• Review incoming source documents for accuracy, completeness, and legibility before processing.
• Resolve missing or ambiguous information by reaching out to relevant team leads, clients, or department representatives.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum N Levels
• Experience: At least 1 year experience in data entry or administration

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) or Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a strong plus.
• Computer and iPad literate with practical operational experience.

Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Strong time-management capabilities to process high volumes of data under deadlines.
• High level of integrity when dealing with confidential records.
