Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapists to join our growing team. We provide speech therapy services to both children and adults across a range of settings, including clients' homes, schools, and therapy centres.

Our therapists support individuals with a variety of communication and developmental needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Cerebral Palsy

• Down Syndrome

• Learning Disabilities

• Hearing Loss

• Speech and Language Disorders

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive, standardised speech and language assessments for children and adults.

• Develop and deliver individualised intervention plans tailored to each client's communication needs.

• Provide therapy services in clients' homes, schools, and/or therapy centres.

• Monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans as appropriate.

• Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while managing an independent caseload.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent) from a university recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.

• Full registration with the AHPC.

• Preferably at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience as a Speech and Language Therapist, particularly in paediatric settings.

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.

• Compassionate, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
