Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Executive, Technical - Quality Assurance di The Institute Of Internal Auditors (IIA) Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     To achieve 50% of EDP sales target.

2.     Processing EDP sales.

3.     Managing stock levels and to ensure inventory control is efficient, as loss of stock and damages result in a loss of profit.

4.     Research/technical projects.

EDP SALES AND PROCESSING

1. Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of the books inventory.
2. Prepare monthly sales report, inventories reconciliation & provides written report by 5^th of the following month to Head of Department.
3. Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on the debtors’ account.
4. Prepare periodic reports on educational products.
5. Check & reconcile monthly stock movements and facilitate stock take.
6. Promote & manage educational products during workshops & conferences.
7. Recommend educational products for IIAM Resource Centre
8. Prepare quotations, tax invoices, issuance of official receipts.
9. Prepare payments to customers, IIA Global, Wiley, Taylor, Francis and etc.
10. Assist in the strategic planning & budgeting.

RESEARCH/ TECHNICAL PROJECTS

1.     Prepare research grant report on quarterly basis.

2.     Prepare disbursement to the researchers.

3.     Prepare minutes for RTAC.

4.     Assist in organising and managing activities and event such as tea talk session.

5.     Any other tasks as and when required.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

1.     A recognized degree and/ or other relevant professional qualification.

2.     Good interpersonal, Microsoft Office skills, marketing and communication skills.

3.     Strong analytical skills and interests in research.

4.     Self-motivated and able to work independently.
