MYFutureJobs are currently assisting a leading Fire Fighting Services (M&E/Plumbing) company in their search for a Project Engineer to join their team in Johor Bahru!

If you have solid site experience in Fire Fighting, M&E, or Plumbing services and can hit the ground running, this could be your next move.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with main contractors, clients, consultants & local authorities
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, implementation & completion of project activities
• Supervise and monitor subcontractor work progress
• Attend site meetings and coordinate defect rectification with the service department
• Report weekly to superiors on site quality, progress & cost control
• Liaise with the project team and carry out site quality checklists
• Prepare project reports and documentation for meetings and updates

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Good design & installation knowledge of M&E – Fire Fighting and Plumbing services
• Able to read technical drawings
• Prior experience in site supervision
• Able to work independently with a positive, self-motivated attitude
• Willing to travel outstation
• Proficient in Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office
• Able to start immediately
• Working hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm, Sat 8am–1pm
