Job Description:

• Work with clients, Project Managers and consultants on the procurement of works for construction projects.
• Prepare post-tender cost analysis.
• Prepare and compile tender documents.
• Conduct tender briefings and site show rounds.
• Call and close tenders and quotations.
• Evaluate tenders and quotations and prepare tender/quotation reports.
• Prepare draft Letters of Award.
• Compile Contract Agreements for client’s execution.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• At least 10 years of working experience in projects adopting Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract (PSSCOC) and SIA Building Contracts.
• Relevant experience in local public projects.
  
  

Specific Skills/Knowledge

• Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of tendering, procurement and contract documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen sense of timeliness and ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
