Role Description The Assistant Customer Service Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the Customer Service Manager in overseeing daily customer service operations, ensuring that service standards are met and customer satisfaction targets are achieved. The position involves supervising customer support teams, monitoring performance metrics, handling escalated inquiries, and implementing process improvements. The Assistant Customer Service Manager also collaborates with other departments to resolve customer issues, analyzes feedback and service data, and prepares regular reports on customer service performance. This role requires active participation in training initiatives, maintaining compliance with company policies, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented culture.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service Management and Customer Support skills, with experience overseeing day-to-day service operations.
- Candidates should possess competencies in Customer Satisfaction, including managing feedback, handling escalations, and improving service quality.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and recommend practical solutions and process improvements.
- Relevant experience in customer service leadership or supervisory roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office productivity tools.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
