Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
In this role, you will
sustain and continuously improve manufacturing technologies in volume production by
driving process stability, quality, productivity, yield performance, and cost optimization initiatives. You will also
lead problem-solving and quality activities, including
8D closure, audit support, process documentation, and technical guidance to ensure successful project execution and operational excellence.
- Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield
- Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR
- Participate & handle in internal and external audit (internal/external) support
- Drive and participate in yield & quality improvement projects & cost savings projects
- Responsible in process documentation ( e.g.: Process spec, OJTi, FMEA, failure catalogue, buildsheet and etc.)
- Provide technical consultation and guidance team to ensure team success in daily tasks and projects

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
You strive to leverage your expertise in
Trim & Form, Package Singulation, and semiconductor manufacturing processes, applying
structured problem-solving methodologies to drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. You are a
strong communicator and
collaborative leader who effectively
engages stakeholders at all levels to achieve operational and business objectives.
- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant course is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Trim & Form / Package Singulation or Semiconductor manufacturing background
- Knowledge of Systematic Problem-Solving methodology (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond…etc.)
- Good knowledge and skills in production area
- Good leadership skills, able to communicate with different level of staffs
