Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure timely and accurate stock updates in the ERP system.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.

Inventory Management

• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle damaged goods and improve inventory control to reduce losses.
• Keep accurate warehouse records and documentation.

Packing & E-commerce Orders

• Supervise packing to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Oversee e-commerce order processing: picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for timely deliveries.
• Manage returns and exchanges for online orders.

Process & Safety

• Improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control.
• Optimize warehouse layout and workflow.
• Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards.

Reporting & Communication

• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
• Work closely with Procurement, Retail, and other departments to resolve issues.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
