Job Summary
To assist the Marketing Department in daily marketing activities, content creation, social media management, campaign execution and administrative tasks while gaining practical experience in the marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing company social media platforms.
• Assist in creating social media content, captions, posters, videos and promotional materials.
• Support the Content Creator in photography, videography and video editing.
• Assist in preparing TikTok, and Instagram content.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist in monitoring social media trends and identifying relevant content ideas.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Support live-streaming activities and promotional events.
• Assist with customer engagement and social media enquiries.
• Update content calendars, marketing records and reports.
• Assist the marketing team with administrative and operational tasks.
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming sessions, photoshoots and company activities.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Communications or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active and familiar with social media platforms.
• Creative and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar applications is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, responsible and able to work in a team.
