Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Follow up with project owners to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Support project managers in day-to-day project execution.
Project Governance
- Maintain project plans, documentation, trackers, and project repositories.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards and processes.
Stakeholder Communication
- Schedule project meetings and prepare agendas.
- Record meeting minutes and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate communication between technical, operational, business teams, customers, and vendors.
- Escalate project risks, issues, and delays where necessary.
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop project dashboards and KPI reports.
- Analyse project performance, timelines, and resource utilisation.
- Maintain accurate project records and reporting metrics.
- Provide timely project insights and recommendations to management.
Administrative Support
- Maintain project documentation and filing systems.
- Support project procurement and administrative activities.
- Coordinate project logistics, workshops, and travel arrangements where required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Head of Strategic Projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Project Coordination, Project Administration, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Planner, ClickUp, *************, Jira, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
