Penerangan Kerja

Tanggungjawab

- Understanding the baking techniques and recipes as well as knowledge of ingredients to craft recipes

- Ensure the correct standards and methods of service are maintained in the department.

- Prepare the upcoming production stocks ingredients and ensure the stocks are above par level at all times.

- Ensure and keep the kitchen clean and tidy at all times including the ovens, mixing bowls, and other baking tools.

- Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
