A MNC retailer is seeking a Store Manager to driving store performance, achieving sales targets, and creating an exceptional shopping experience for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily operations of the retail store.
• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly sales and KPI targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer enquiries or complaints professionally.
• Support staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with visual merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Assist in staff scheduling and daily manpower planning.
• Handle cashiering, store opening and closing, and cash management when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Experience in sports, footwear, fashion, lifestyle, or specialty retail is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
