Full Time Junior Customer Service Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Flexmodus Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers.
• Provide internal sales support which includes preparing quotation, confirmation orders, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents.
• Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Liaise with customers to provide update order status.
• Process data, progress reports and other related records and reports.
• Carry out assigned tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant working experience, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative.

Other Matters

• Contract Duration: 6 months (performance monitoring period), with the opportunity for contract extension/renewal or permanent employment, subject to performance.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Training: Training will be provided.

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
