Location: Poliklinik An-Nur Banting

Working Hours:

• 8.00 am - 3.30 pm
• 3.30 pm - 11.00 pm
• 10.30 pm - 8.00 am

Job description:

• Patient care: Assisting doctors with procedures, providing patient comfort, and explaining procedures
• Administrative tasks: Maintaining and updating patient records, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls
• Recordkeeping: Obtaining patient information, organizing medical records, and documenting patient information
• Diagnostic tests: Performing simple diagnostic tests and taking vital statistics
• Sanitation: Sanitizing treatment rooms and sterilizing equipment
• Customer service: Greeting patients, providing a pleasant experience, and handling patients with care and empathy
• Other duties: Dispensing drugs, preparing the examination room, and submitting panel claims

Job requirement:

• Possess a diploma or degree in related fields such as nursing, healthcare services, or occupational safety and health.

Skills and knowledge:

• Clinic assistants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. They should also have strong organizational and time management skills, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Clinic assistants should have knowledge of medical terminology and procedures, and be able to take vital signs and perform basic medical procedures. They should also understand infection control protocols and safety procedures, and be able to maintain patient confidentiality.
