Elastico Industries specializes in custom jersey, sublimation apparel and custom sportswear solutions. We design and produce custom-made jerseys and apparel for sports teams, clubs, associations, schools, organizations, events, communities and businesses.

With a focus on creative design, quality materials and professional finishing, we help customers turn their ideas and identities into custom apparel that looks great and feels comfortable to wear. From artwork and design development to sublimation printing and production, we strive to deliver consistent quality and a smooth customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in designing artwork for custom jerseys, sportswear and sublimation apparel.
• Assist in creating jersey designs, patterns, layouts and other apparel-related artwork.
• Create digital content for social media, advertisements, promotional materials and e-brochures when required.
• Assist in preparing print-ready artwork for sublimation production, including sizing, resolution, colour mode, placement and file setup.
• Make revisions based on customer or team feedback and ensure designs are completed within the given deadline.
• Communicate and coordinate with the design and production team through WhatsApp, Google Drive and other communication platforms.
• Assist in preparing mockups and presentation visuals for customers.
• Learn and assist with the overall design-to-production workflow.
• Perform other graphic design or creative tasks assigned by the senior or supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of graphic design and typography.
• Interest in fashion, sportswear, jersey design or apparel is an added advantage.
• Creative, responsible and eager to learn.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and able to accept feedback positively.
• Able to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of sublimation printing, apparel design or sportswear production is an added advantage.
