Fleet Management Executive (Workforce Management)

Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur
Working Arrangement: On-site
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Contract: 1-Year Contract
Probation: 3 months initial probation + 9 months extension upon passing
Salary: RM2,500 Basic + Statutory Benefits (EPF / SOCSO)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Fleet Management Executive (Workforce Management) to support our workforce operations. The role focuses on candidate engagement, workforce activation, communication management, onboarding, and manpower coordination to ensure smooth and timely workforce deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with candidate leads generated through social media advertisements, job portals, referral programmes, and physical marketing activities.
• Conduct direct outreach to created account profiles to ensure timely workforce activation, deployment, and attendance.
• Manage communication across 100+ frontline messaging groups involving couriers and sorters.
• Respond to and resolve queries related to compensation, hub locations, shift schedules, and workforce deployment.
• Facilitate onboarding for new hires and ensure all required information is properly collected and processed.
• Manage operational ID creation and activation, especially during peak demand periods and weekends.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve workforce and operational issues.
• Monitor workforce activation and follow up on pending cases to ensure operational manpower requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on workforce-related activities.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification OR at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with a large and diverse workforce.
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to follow up independently.
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and support operational requirements during peak periods and weekends when required.
