The Executive, First Choice & Continuous Improvement Support will be responsible for providing operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure the successful deployment and sustainability of First Choice initiatives across Malaysia and Singapore. The role focuses on monitoring First Choice tools adoption and compliance, coordinating training activities, managing performance reporting, and supporting stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support ongoing monitoring of First Choice tools initiative, adoption, and compliance across products and stations.
• Coordinate training nominations, scheduling, attendance tracking, certification records, and completion reporting.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze dashboards, trackers, and management reports on key First Choice metrics.
• Handle administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of First Choice programs.
• Support stakeholder engagement and communication regarding First Choice initiatives and updates.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide continuity of First Choice responsibilities by coordinating resources and backup support across stations.
